We are going to NZ from Nov 4 -08 to Feb 22 -09 and would like to rent out our house in Stockholm during that time. It is a 2 storey furnished house in Sätra with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice size garden (photos available). It is located 300 m from lake Mälaren with beaches, boat harbours and skating possibilities during winter time. The subway is a 10 min walk away and it takes 20 mins to get to the city centre. The rent is 14,000 SEK a month all incl (with possibilities for shorter period rentals if required).
