On the work permit fact sheet from the migration board one of the requirements is insurance coverage as stated below:
Your employer shall guarantee you pay, insurance coverage and other terms of em-ployment equal to at least the collective agreement or Swedish practise in the profes-sion or the branch of trade.
Can somebody shed some light on what this actually means?

By law, employers must pay an employment payroll tax consisting of contributions for pensions, health insurance, and for other social benefits. Employers’ contributions must be paid for employees and contractors who have received SEK 1,000 or more during the year in the form of cash or taxable benefits and remunerations.
