If you have friends interested in a Working Holiday visa for New Zealand, here are the basic requirements.

• The minimum age is 18 and the maximum age is 30
• For most jobs a good command of English is required
• To apply for a visa you must:
  • have a Swedish passport valid for at least 3 months after you planned departure from new Zealand
  • have a minimum of NZ$4,200 available funds to meet your living costs while in New Zealand
  • have medical and comprehensive hospitalisation insurance for the length of your stay
  • hold a return ticket, or sufficient funds to purchase a ticket and
  • meet our health and character requirements
• You cannot bring any children with you
