We seek a Visa Officer to provide all immigration services for the New Zealand Embassy in the Hague. This position involves processing enquiries and applications, and undertaking all the immigration-related administration. Ideally, this person will also provide translation services for the Embassy, and perform some general administration tasks within a small support team.
For this position, we seek someone who is able to analyse information, and make considered and consistent decisions. This person must be able to enter data, quickly and accurately, and write in a way that is understandable and acceptable to a range of audiences. This person must also be motivated to provide excellent customer service, and be able to work well in a team. The ideal candidate will also be able to translate complex information in the English and Dutch languages. A full job description and ideal person specification is available on request.
